If you've got your own Muay Thai gear (gloves and hand wraps), feel free to bring your own. If not, wraps are available for purchase at the front desk and gloves are available for rental or purchase. We recommend bringing a water bottle and your own hand towel. Shorts and a t-shirt are our uniform of choice, but the best clothes are the ones you feel most comfy in.
To achieve your best results, try to aim for 3-5 sessions per week, but also listen to your body when it needs to rest. After your first training session, your body may be sore and may need longer to recover, which is perfectly okay. To maximize muscle recovery and optimize your gains, try to take at least one rest day per week and supplement your training with plenty of stretches, water, sleep, and a balanced diet.
Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a stand-up combat sport and is recognized as the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. It's on track to become an Olympic sport and has gained popularity all over the world. Sometimes referred to as The Art of Eight Limbs,' Muay Thai involves the entire body, identifying each strike (punch, kick, knee or elbow) as one 'weapon.' In addition to striking, it also utilizes sweeps and the clinch, a form of stand-up neck grappling.

Where do I begin. My son is in Tae kwon do. My son has been going here for just about a month. He LOVES it. He had a Belt Testing and has moved up to Yellow Belt. Love the patience with the younger kids, lots of energy right there to keep the balance and concentration of each one, My 3 kids love the classes. The goals, that I myself admire, of greater focus, confidence building, memory strength, great disciplined habits, are highly visible traits in the student's target areas. Amazing place to get a great work out and have fun while doing it. Very welcoming and everyone is so nice. Always a different work out and have awesome instructors that will keep you motivated to help reach to your goals. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Our child has been going to V-FIT Martial Arts for a few months now and we absolutely love it. Sabum Nim Robert is an excellent instructor and he is really great with the kids. He encourages them to do their best and teaches them proper form in a positive manner. He also explains why something is important in a way that kids can easily understand. Hi! I am Angela D and I have been taking kickboxing classes from Robert for a few months and it is an awesome place to work out. People there are fun and motivating! The one thing I really like is the accountability that Robert provides. I had missed a few weeks of workouts and Robert sent an email checking up on me. That is when I knew I found a great place to workout because they care about you. I also like that Robert makes sure that you are using the proper forms in your punches and kicks.
